Shipping is free throughout the Italian national territory with a minimum order of € 45.00.
For orders less than € 45.00 the cost of transport in Italy is € 7.50. In case of cash on delivery, € 6.50 will be added to the shipment for the cost of the service offered.
Orders are shipped from shop.lomesuperfruit.com, from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning. Shipments will be made by carriers defined by shop.lomesuperfruit.com. The delivery time, purely indicative, is about 2/3 working days from the date of the order, the same may be subject to changes due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and roads in general or by an act of the Authorities. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays and on public holidays therefore they are made on the first following working day.
When confirming your order, please make sure that your shipping address is correct, as it is not possible to send purchases back to a new address once they have left. Before you can ship your order, you may need to verify the details of your credit card with the issuing body of the same. In this case, we will do our best to limit the delay of the shipment. Our delivery times start from the moment the order is accepted and includes the 24-hour period, in which your order is prepared and then shipped from our warehouse. Please note that this process can take longer, depending on the payment method chosen and during the holidays (Christmas, Easter) when the shipment of orders can take 72 hours. WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT PRESENT AT THE COURIER'S ARRIVAL?
If the courier in charge of delivering the goods at home does not find anyone at home, he leaves a notice of non-delivery and tries to return the goods the next day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the order is put into storage at the local branch. It is possible to put the shipment back on delivery by contacting this branch at the telephone number that you will find on the notice left by the courier.
THE OPENING COSTS OF THE STOCK ARE TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER AND MUST BE PAID TO THE COURIER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. WILL I BE CONTACTED BY THE COURIER BEFORE DELIVERY?
As a rule, the courier does not make prior calls and does not handle requests for delivery at particular times.
